We are proud to announce that former WPT Five Diamonds Classic Champion Rehne 'Carlos' Pedersen has agreed to donate 2% of his winnings at Pokerstars EPT Dortmund tournament to Friends of Eastgate. That means we have 3 players that will donate part of their winnings present in Dortmund: Rehne, Jannick Wrang and Peter Eastgate. Good luck to all 3.

We are proud to announce that we so far have received DKK 28,000.00 (app. USD 4,800.00) in donations. These donations have come from Michael Aston (DKK 11,000.00, 5% of his 13th place finish winnings at EPT Copenhagen), Jannick Wrang (DKK 12,000.00, 5% of his win in the DKK10,000 side event at EPT Copenhagen) and Peter Eastgate (DKK 5,000.00, 5% of his friend Jacob Rasmussen's 31st place winnings from EPT Copenhagen Main Event, whom Peter has a small investment in). The donations will be used to sponsor the first group of children in need, which will be finalized later in March.

An anonymous donor (Michael Aston, currently 7th in chips, sorry Michael) has shown the true spirit of giving by donating 5%! of his winnings here at the EPT in Copenhagen. Waiting until the money was reached, this generous Englishman, came up to Peter and said he would be honored to help out our cause. Inspired by this Peter has agreed to also donate 5% of the winning of his close friend Jacob Rasmussen, who Peter has invested in prior to the start of the tournament. We at Friends of Eastgate wish both players the best of luck and we are very grateful for the kind donations.

Tennis legend Boris Becker has been kind enough to donate 1 percent of his winnings from EPT in Copenhagen to Friends of Eastgate. "I am honored that one of the greatest tennis players of all time wanted to help our charity. It is a sign that what we are doing is the right thing and it gives us more determination to make sure this become a huge success" co-founder Peter Eastgate replied to the news.

Copenhagen. Friends of Eastgate announces the first names to be added to the list of Friends. Danish Poker Pro's Theo Jørgensen, Mads Andersen and Martin Vallø are the first three musketeers to join Peter Eastgate in his quest to raise money for Children all over the world.

Friends of Eastgate announces impressive lineup of management. 'I am very happy with the management group I have assembled. It is a good mix of family, Friends and Experienced business people.
